FORTY ON L has been one of our most ambitious developments to date and from building independently of the municipal water grid to unconventional casting techniques, this development's growth has been incredible to watch.

Construction on site has taken place at a rapid rate thanks to some innovative construction and casting techniques. The building is also highly water conscious and is fitted with water-saving sanitary ware as well as on-site stormwater collection which has allowed construction to happen independently of the municipal water grid.

Scheduled for occupation in spring, FORTY ON L is perched at the top of Bo-Kaap and boasts shared spaces such as a wellness studio as well as entertainment deck and swimming pool with unrivalled views of Cape Town's harbour, City Bowl and the mountains that encase it.
