Blok explores new designs and shared spaces with TENONQ

Blok is proud to announce the completion of TENONQ, our development at 10 Quendon Road, Sea Point. This eight-storey building is home to 53 apartments which is the biggest in the Blok portfolio to date. 

The double volume apartment design ensures ample living space that is enhanced by features such as space-saving kitchen joinery, home offices, bars and built-in vanities. As with all of Blok's previous developments, these apartments are finished with stylish Smeg appliances and warm Oggie oak flooring, adding to the quality and functionality throughout each.  

Blok recently partnered with Dark Horse, which crafts raw and refined furniture using the finest locally sourced materials and skills, to dress the beautiful two-bedroom duplex currently on show at TENONQ. To complement Dark Horse’s furnishings and approach, photography by Peter Bruyns has been tastefully placed throughout the apartment to make the most of the double volume wall space.

In keeping with Blok’s ethos of shared spaces, TENONQhas a strong emphasis on thoughtfully designed communal facilities and features an indoor gym with breath-taking views of Lion’s Head as well as a rooftop entertainment deck with a swimming pool, braai areas and stunning views of the Atlantic Seaboard. The building also has a hotel-styled lobby with a concierge and workspace.
